At iPoint, we want you to be completely satisfied with your new tech. If your purchase doesn't meet your expectations, you can return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.
Return Process
- 1.Initiate Your Return
Log into your iPoint account, navigate to your order history, and select the 'Return Item' button to generate your unique Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
- 2.Prepare the Package
Securely pack the device in its original manufacturer packaging, including all cables, manuals, and accessories to ensure a full refund.
- 3.Ship It Back
Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via email to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location.
- 4.Inspection and Refund
Once our technicians verify the item's condition, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 3-5 business days.
